Bliss n Eso's Perth Show Postponed Due to Medical Emergency: A Close Call for the Hip-Hop Trio
The highly anticipated performance by the Aussie hip-hop trio Bliss n Eso at the Ice Cream Factory Warehouse in Northbridge on Sunday was unfortunately canceled due to a medical emergency. Max Mackinnon, known as Eso, was hospitalized following an unknown medical episode, leaving the group without a key member. The group made the difficult decision to postpone the show, informing their Perth and Western Australia fans on Friday.
In a social media post, the group expressed their disappointment, stating, 'We're absolutely gutted to let you know that we have to postpone our Perth show that was scheduled for this Sunday the 1st of March at @factorysummer.' They assured fans that Macka is currently unwell in the hospital but will be okay, needing time to recover.
Despite the setback, fans can look forward to the rescheduled show, as the performance has been moved to Friday, March 20th, with all tickets remaining valid. The group's fans rushed to the comments, offering their support and well-wishes for Mackinnon. One fan wrote, 'Sending so much loveđâ€ïž Hope you're okay, legend,' while another expressed their excitement for the future performance, saying, 'Looking forward to tearing the f...ing roof off with you when you've healed!!'
The venue, Factory Summer, also sent their love to Eso, and a WA music fan commented, 'Much love for the big weekend in Perth for Aussie hip hop in a few weeks.'
This incident highlights the unexpected challenges that can arise in the entertainment industry, reminding us of the importance of prioritizing health and well-being, even for the most dedicated performers.
